What I'm doing in my case is simply running the "ExecPHP":http://bluesome.net/post/2005/08/18/50/ plugin, setting up an unnumbered list, and using the wp_list_links tag on the page to show my blogroll there. I'm sure there are plugins out there - I just haven't taken the time to go find a good one that works with WP 2.2 since I don't mind playing with PHP code a bit.
