They’re a company that has a lifelong fan in me, exactly because of this kind of customer service.
Same here. I just hate the ignorance that surrounds the majority of their fan base. One of the worst parts about being the most popular.
If anything goes wrong, they just act like it’s the end of the world.
Bungie has done so much to enhance our gaming, that I can put up with a minor delay here or there in order to get things right.
