    Heh, no problem!  My MA is in psychology, so your story strikes home.  I’m amused by how your character’s psychosis got refocused, yet it’s eerily true and sobering to realize that real people do this sort of thing all the time.  The salesman may have earned a better commission, but it didn’t solve the real problem.
